Terms of Service

Account

• You may only use MPloy.io for lawful and authorized purposes. This includes compliance with copyright and trademark laws.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. MPloy.io will not be liable for any security breaches resulting from your failure to do so.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use MPloy.io.
• If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, the terms “you” and “your” refer to the entity, and you must have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of the entity.

Service

• Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• Customer support is provided in English via email. Additional support may be available under separate agreements or Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• We do not guarantee the level of support unless specified in an additional contract or SLA.
• The Service may use third-party vendors and hosting partners for the technology required to run the Service.
• You must not modify, adapt, or attempt to hack the Service or falsely imply any association with MPloy.io.
• You must not reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines or is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse of any MPloy.io customer or employee may result in immediate account termination.
• You understand that the Service may involve unencrypted data transmission over various networks.

Content Ownership

• Your content remains your property, and we claim no intellectual property rights over it.
• We will not sell your content to other companies.
• Your data and chatbot interactions will not be used to train AI language models, and your data will not be shared with other users.
• You grant us the right to display your chatbot publicly, respecting the privacy settings you establish.
• We do not screen or approve content, and we hold the copyright to the Service’s look and feel.

Payment

• If you upgrade from a free version or trial to a paid plan, you will be billed immediately.
• Billing may be monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
• Payment is due on the day of the month or year corresponding to your initial upgrade date.
• You are responsible for taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your account by following the cancellation process within your account settings.
• Your content will be scheduled for deletion upon account cancellation and cannot be recovered.
• If you cancel before the billing cycle ends, your subscription remains active until the cycle concludes, after which it is immediately canceled.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Services and Pricing

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, including changes to pricing, with or without notice.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
